- These starters are phrases or questions suggested to the user when beginning a new conversation.
- This configuration is done in the Meta phone number manager.
- To access the manager, click here: https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager/phone_numbers/
- Then click on the “Settings” icon
- Then click on the “Automations” tab and then on “Conversation Starters” click on “Edit”
- In the following window, you can add as many questions as you consider necessary, and you will be able to see a preview of how it will look in the WhatsApp chat
- Once finished, click the “Save” icon at the bottom right.
- After saving, you will be able to see the list of questions under the title “Conversation Starters”
